The Bishop Ryan Student Council is comprised of all class officers, grades 6 through 12, as elected by their peers. Each class has a President, Vice President, and a Secretary-Treasurer. The leader of Student Council is the Student Body President.
The role of the Student Council is to help share students’ ideas, interests, and concerns with the faculty and the Principle, thereby giving the student body a “voice.” They help the student body fundraise for student activities, plan special events, and when possible assist the community with various service projects.
By serving as positive role models to other students they help support the mission statement of the school.
